Smoking is generally prohibited in enclosed areas and public meetings. Employers with enclosed workplaces must provide a smoke-free workplace, adopt a written no-smoking policy, communicate it to employees, and give copies on request. Some facilities may designate limited smoking areas, and several places are exempt.
