The Call Option Expiry Date was 5.00pm on 24 April 2021 as defined in the Deed, with no contrary intention arising from the annexed contract; and in any event, the plaintiffs did not validly exercise the Call Option because they did not deliver a cheque for the deposit as stipulated by clause 2.2 of the Deed, thus failing to fulfil the essential requirements for exercise of the option.
