Having regard to all of the evidence, including the opinions of Dr Wilcox and Dr Nielssen that Mr Wills is presently fit to be tried and has the capacity to decide his defence and instruct counsel while appropriately medicated, the Court was satisfied that Mr Wills is fit to plead.
