Although the companies were related bodies corporate and carried on a single feather and down products business jointly, the court had no power to make a pooling order because s 1480(20) applied s 579E(1) only where the winding up of each company in the group began on or after 31 December 2007. Feather and Snuggle began winding up before that date, and s 579N did not remove or countermand that transitional requirement.
