Part 3A expressly permits successive applications for financial management orders, and a financial management order includes an interim financial management order. Section 25H limits the period of any particular interim order to a specified period not exceeding six months, but does not prohibit successive interim financial management orders or impose a total six-month limit. Accordingly, the Guardianship Tribunal had power to make the further interim financial management order on 12 October 2011.
