Because Annual Wage Review 2013-14 [2014] FWCFB 3500 was a National decision under the Industrial Relations Act 1996 and the parties reached consensus as to the variations to State awards, the Full Bench adopted the national decision with modification and ordered increases to rates of pay and work related allowances in the awards listed in annexures A and B, while deferring broader review of the Wage Fixing Principles to the next State Wage Case and delegating review of the Award Review Classification Rate in conjunction with settlement of award minutes.
