Blomley v Ryan [1956] HCA 81
Relief was granted because the respondent, by reason of age, mental and physical weakness, and intoxication, was at a special disadvantage. The plaintiff's agents procured the contract knowing of this disadvantage and took unconscientious advantage, resulting in a gross undervalue and unfair terms; thus, equity will not enforce such a contract and will set it aside as unconscionable.
