R v Magribi [2015] NSWDC 264

The offences were very serious because the offender flew interstate, presented a false authorisation form, made transfers and cash withdrawals involving substantial sums, dealt recklessly with proceeds of crime, taped cash to his body, and committed the offences while on bail for a drug supply matter.
