Because the validity of the plaintiffs' appointment as administrators was in question and urgent proceedings on that question were imminent, it was appropriate to extend the convening period for a short time so that the administrators were not required to call creditors' meetings while their standing was in dispute; however, the extension should be to a fixed date rather than to a date dependent on final determination of the other proceedings.
