Orders

  • The conditions set out in paragraph 18 will apply to Mr Ferguson's registration if he applies to renew within the allowed period after this decision’s publication.
  • If the National Board renews his registration and does not impose its own conditions, these Tribunal-imposed conditions will remain in force until amended, removed or replaced as per these orders or law.
