The Tribunal's adverse credibility findings, including findings about false statements, false documents and implausibility, were open to it, and the record showed that concerns about fraudulent documents from Bangladesh had been put to the appellant. The Muin and Lie-related contentions also lacked the necessary agreed facts or evidence, and the Tribunal decision had already been litigated, making the later proceeding an abuse of process...
