Dukemaster, through Ms Wong, contravened ss 52 and 53(e) of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) by making statements to tenants about proposed rental amounts that were misleading or deceptive, or false or misleading as to price, in circumstances where those statements were not honestly held and lacked any reasonable basis.
