The quantum is to be reviewed and fixed by a Registrar.

Orders made granting stay of the subpoena until security amount is fixed and paid; liberty to apply for further security; first respondent to pay costs of the application.

  • The subpoena issued by the first respondent on 29 February 2012 to Mr Vikas Rambal be stayed until a Registrar of the Court reviews and orders the quantum of security payable by the first respondent to Mr Rambal for the costs and expenses of complying with the subpoena.
  • Mr Rambal have liberty to apply for further security for costs and expenses in complying with the subpoena.
