Lianos v Order of AHEPA NSW Inc (No 4) [2021] NSWCA 159
The Court clarified and amended its previous orders to reflect that, from registration of specified resolutions, only persons who were financial members of one of the 13 specified Chapters as at 30 June of the last financial year could become voting members of the Association. The application to reopen and for joinder was otherwise dismissed as Applicants’ interests were sufficiently represented and no special grounds or new evidence justified reopening.
