The contract concluded between the applicant and Vacation Ownership Resorts Ltd (as Manager) and the trustee for a unit in a unit trust that would in due course result in ownership of a share in Club Mildura Ltd, and associated rights, constitutes a contract for the provision, grant or conferral of rights, benefits or privileges under a contract in relation to the provision of, or the use or enjoyment of, facilities for recreation, thus falling within the definition of 'services' under s 4 of the Trade Practices Act 1974.
