Although the Court did not find that Ashleigh was dependent on the plaintiff and did not find that the plaintiff's working life would in fact be shortened, the plaintiff was financially vulnerable approaching retirement, her health problems cast a shadow over her capacity to continue full-time work, and the testator believed the plaintiff owned her investment property outright when she did not.
