The Provisional Order wrongly identified a conviction on 17 May 2013 in the District Court at Wollongong, which the Commissioner conceded arose from a breach of a good behaviour bond and was not the relevant offence. The Applicant's 1 July 2011 conviction for assault occasioning actual bodily harm was not a conviction for the offence of assault occasioning grievous bodily harm upon which the victims support recognition payment had been approved.
