Review of the Principles for Approval of Enterprise Agreements 2021/2022 [2022] NSWIRComm 1005
The Full Bench reviewed the current and proposed principles, considered submissions, and accepted amendments to the principles to ensure statutory compliance and clarity on dispute resolution and evidence requirements under the Industrial Relations Act 1996 (NSW). The new Principles, as set out in Annexure A, are to be applied by the Commission in approval of enterprise agreements from the decision date onward.
