The Parkes Lodge was merely a subordinate branch of the Loyal Orange Institution; its members did not have beneficial entitlement to the property upon dissolution. Property acquired by the Lodge belonged to the Institution as a whole, such that upon dissolution, the property vested in the Grand Lodge and not in the individual former members.
