Although control of the respondent's estate should be placed in the hands of the registered trustee in bankruptcy and any future restraint should be sought by the trustee under the Bankruptcy Act 1966 (Cth), the estate was complicated and consisted largely of properties in the Czech Republic subject to complex local laws. The injunction was therefore continued for six months to allow the trustee sufficient time to come to terms with the estate and decide whether to seek further orders.
