The Constas brothers are jointly liable for the costs of Fruit Juices (respondent) in relation to all claims except for the damages issue, for which the Constas brothers and the insurers jointly (each group) are liable for 50 per cent of costs. The Constas brothers are also liable for the costs of Packing.
