The plaintiff, as widow of the deceased and the person with the highest right to a grant of administration on intestacy, did not assign or dispose of the right of burial by authorising the deceased's family under pressure to arrange burial at Rookwood. Accordingly, any right of burial or right to a burial plot held by the first defendant was held on bare trust for the plaintiff, and the fourth defendant could be ordered to vest the right in her.
