DQC [2016] NSWCATGD 10
The Tribunal was not satisfied that Mr DQC was incapable of managing his financial affairs because he was currently well, had recently regained capacity, gave a clear account of his finances, and the evidence did not establish incapability. In any event, appointing the NSW Trustee and Guardian as enduring attorney was a less intrusive and reasonably satisfactory alternative to a financial management order in the current circumstances.
