Information originating from the country of origin of an asylum seeker is not for that reason alone information upon which the Tribunal is disentitled to rely. The fact that the graduation article came from a Sri Lankan Government website did not establish unreliability or that the Tribunal's statutory task miscarried. Although the Tribunal's reasoning at [53] was highly speculative, [54] provided an alternative and rational basis open to the Tribunal for disbelieving the appellant's claim, so no jurisdictional error or appealable error was established.
