The plaintiff is entitled to be reimbursed for his initial contributions to the acquisition and purchase costs as there was no agreement to the contrary, and the defendants are entitled to their proven contributions. Profits do not arise until these amounts are repaid. As the sale proceeds are insufficient for full reimbursement, distribution is to be pro rata to those entitlements as established by the evidence.
