Article 10.5 of the Rules is void to the extent it provides for forfeiture of benefits if a person becomes bankrupt before 1 July 1994, and after regulatory exemption, the trustee must pay the Preserved Withdrawal Benefit, including accrued interest, to the Official Trustee in Bankruptcy.
