The Federal Magistrates Court had carefully considered the unrepresented appellant's submissions and correctly concluded that they disclosed no jurisdictional error by the Refugee Review Tribunal, which had disbelieved her claims to have been a Falun Gong adherent in China. There was therefore no basis for the Federal Court to intervene.
