Procedural Posture

Election Dispute / Judicial Review / Appeal to the Federal Court of Appeal From Federal Court Judicial Review Decision

  2. 2 Whether a cultural pardon obtained post-ratification can validate candidacy under the Election Law
  3. 3 Whether the Electoral Supervisor had authority to allow voters who entered before 6:00pm to vote after 6:00pm
