On the record the court concluded (a) custody to the mother was within the child's best interests and would not be disturbed, (b) the trial judge erred in imputing $36,000 to appellant without evidentiary basis so child support must be recalculated using reliable evidence and ordered at $164/month effective March 18, 2008, (c) $100/month for extraordinary expenses and the spousal support order were set aside for lack of evidentiary foundation and consideration of appellant's ability to pay, and (d) the equalization payment of $12,000 was upheld based on adverse inference from appellant's control and limited evidence to the contrary.
