Kenkel of the Ontario Court of Justice dated August 29, 2008. APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT [1] The appellant appeared and addressed the court. So did his mother, who is very supportive of her son. Amicus curiae advised the court that he had reviewed the appeal and could find no basis for challenging the judgment. We agree. [2] The appeal is dismissed. The appellant’s status will be reviewed, at least annually, by the Ontario Review Board. The appellant’s desire to return to Armenia, supported by his family, can be brought to the board’s attention.
