N (A Child: Section 37: Interim Care Order) [2014] EWFC 53 (27 November 2014)
Both parents have exposed N to emotional harm through their inability to cooperate, present each other positively, and through the mother's indoctrination of N in her religious beliefs to the exclusion of the father. N is suffering significant emotional harm and is at risk of further harm if the status quo continues. Neither parent can provide a safe and emotionally healthy environment for N at this time. The threshold for an interim care order is met and immediate removal from parental care is necessary and proportionate to safeguard N's welfare.
