The Court upheld the employment tribunal and appeal tribunal's findings that Mr Chaudhary's claims in the Southampton proceedings were out of time and not acts extending over a period. The Manchester proceedings were not an abuse of process, as Mr Chaudhary was entitled to bring fresh proceedings based on new facts. The employment tribunal's refusal to extend time and its findings on Professor Temple's role were not errors of law. The Court granted permission to appeal on the jurisdictional issue...
