Baxter v Todd

Baxter v Todd

The Flat and Turkish properties (except Juliette's property) were held on a constructive trust for Mr Baxter and Gul as joint tenants, and upon Gul's death, Mr Baxter became sole beneficial owner by survivorship. There was no unconscionability or illegality sufficient to deny enforcement of Mr Baxter's rights. Gul's will was not procured by undue influence nor did it fail for want of knowledge and approval.
