The partnership between the claimants and Mr Rassouli governed by the 2006 Partnership Agreement subsists and has not been dissolved by prior conduct or the Azerbaijani court order. The BP contracts, including extensions and replacements, are partnership assets. The partnership should now be dissolved by order of the court, accounts and inquiries should be taken, and the freezing injunctions should be continued pending further order. The claimants are entitled to relief as sought in the first stage, subject to detailed accounting and further directions.
