The partnership agreement permitted expulsion on the grounds cited, including conduct likely to have a serious adverse effect on the partnership or allowing a client body to terminate its contract. It is a general principle of contract law that a partner may rely on grounds for expulsion existing at the time of the expulsion notice but discovered subsequently. The mutual duty of good faith does not preclude such reliance. The expulsion of CCS was valid under the agreement.
