KWADWO @ 4.30 AKWAMUHENE OF AKYEM MANSO DEFENDANT Parties Plaintiff Present Defendant Present CONSENT JUDGMENT The Plaintiff instituted this action against the Defendant on 18th October 2023 praying for an order of the court compelling the Defendant to pay an amount of GHS 1,650.00 being electricity bills due and owed to the Electricity Company of Ghana or in lieu of that pay the said money to the Plaintiff per same to be paid to the said Company. The Parties with the facilitation of Mr. Emmanuel A. Asimeng, the CCADR Mediator, have been able to settle their differences and have executed Terms of Settlement to that effect dated 14th November 2023 and filed 28th November 2023.
