The deduction of GH₡11,833.30 from the plaintiff's account by the defendant without his consent was unlawful and constituted a breach of contract. The defendant is entitled to recover the outstanding sum of GH₡28,010.26 with interest at the prevailing bank rate from the date of judgment until final payment.
