Orders
- A copy of the plans of the new buildings showing the number and size of all the dwellings and non-domestic units to be erected shall be lodged with the Tribunal and the new buildings shall provide 44 units in accordance with the Building Plan, Exhibit A.7.
- The new buildings shall be commenced within six months from delivery of vacant possession of all premises in Nos. 4, 6 and 8 Arbuthnot Road and shall be completed within 48 months from the date of this order.
