Although the defendants failed to satisfy the court that their grounds of appeal or disclosure were sufficiently strong, balancing the merits, the prejudice to the plaintiff and the defendants and the substantial judgment amount, the court granted a conditional stay of execution pending appeal: the defendants must provide security equal to 50% of the judgment sum within 21 days and pay the plaintiff's costs; the garnishee order remains but enforcement is stayed pending appeal.
