The High Court judgment dated 06.10.2015 setting aside selections made for seats reserved for OBC in the recruitment for 1423 Primary Teachers is upheld; the State must redraw the select list strictly in accordance with the original notification dated 12.09.2006 and the High Court’s judgment, and appointments shall be issued to those whose names appear in the revised select list in order of merit against the notified 1423 posts; similarly situated candidates (whether they litigated or not) should be considered for parity relief; appointments carry no claim for arrears but notional appointment from 9.12.2011 is granted for superannuation benefits.
