Document Imaging Systems Ltd. (In Liquidation), Re [2005] IEHC 250 (22 July 2005)
The statutory amendment to s.150 Companies Act 1990 restricts standing to bring or be joined in such applications to the Director of Corporate Enforcement, a liquidator, or a receiver. The court has no jurisdiction to join Mr. Corcoran as a party. However, the liquidator may rely on affidavits previously sworn by Mr. Corcoran in related proceedings, subject to evidential objections.
