Honiball v. McGrath [2000] IEHC 33 (23rd March, 2000)
The care contract permitted lawful variation of services and facilities with sufficient resident support, which was obtained. There was no contractual or property right to demand a nursing home or unrestricted access to all of Clonmannon House. The defendants were entitled to vary the care contract and restrict access as implemented.
