Takatso Ramakhula and Others v Makhetha Mosotho and Others (CIV/APN 406 of 9) [2009] LSHC 54 (26 November 2009)
The LABA Constitution vests the power to elect the Executive Committee exclusively in the Ordinary Congress held every four years. The Special Congress had no authority to elect the Executive Committee. The election of the applicants at the Special Congress was ultra vires the LABA Constitution and therefore null and void.
