On the affidavits of the legal executive and assistant, the deceased's written instructions, and medical evidence of capacity, the Court was satisfied the unsigned document expressed the deceased's testamentary intentions and that he intended to sign but was physically unable to do so; accordingly, under s14 Wills Act 2007 the document was declared the valid will of Harold Horace Meecham.
