Constitution of Tribunal: Chairman (Sitting Alone): Ms J Knight Appearances: The claimant appeared accompanied by Ms Jacqueline Armour . The respondent did not appear and was not represented. 1. After considering the claimant’s evidence and a written statement of Mrs Linda Finlayson dated 5 March 2013, I declare that the respondent has failed to provide a written pay statement for the period 18 May 2012 until 6 March 2013 and I am satisfied that the claimant is entitled to the sum of £10,847.62 in respect of unpaid wages. 2. The tribunal does not have jurisdiction to entertain the claimant’s claim for unpaid expenses. 3. Alan D’Ambrosio and Linda Finlayson are dismissed as parties to these proceedings and the title is amended accordingly. 4. Reasons for this decision were given orally at the hearing. 5. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990. Chairman: Date and place of hearing: 6 March 2013, Belfast.
