Mbesigye Marguerite is entitled to 50% of property acquired with Niyodusenga Anaclet during their cohabitation from 2007 to 2017, except for property acquired before cohabitation (UPI: 3/03/11/04/5600). The right arises from joint acquisition during cohabitation, not from legal marriage or quantified contribution. Before partition, the added value contributed by Niyodusenga after the relevant period must be deducted. All damage compensation claims are denied as each party partially succeeded.
