Ratio Decidendi

The High Court has jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from enforcement of its own final judgment under Article 208. There is no statutory limitation period for bringing such disputes. RRA was entitled to deduct taxes, social security, and health insurance only from the salary component (1,577,019 Frw) awarded to Murebwayire Justine, as these are statutory deductions applicable to salary. However, RRA was not entitled to deduct any amounts from the damages for unlawful dismissal, pain and suffering, or attorney fees, which must be paid in full as awarded. The applicant is entitled to partial attorney fees and reimbursement of court costs.
