The Court of Appeal established that only parties to the original proceedings, or their clear legal successors, may seek clarification or correction of judgments. Damages are limited to the rate requested by the claimant if it is lower than the standard. Guilty pleas are only mitigating if made unequivocally before the close of first instance proceedings. Evidence, including hearsay and testimony from children or relatives, is admissible only if corroborated. Appeals must be timely and specify legal errors; otherwise, they are inadmissible.
