Scott's Trustees v. Scott and Others [1909] ScotLR 719 (26 May 1909)
The class of beneficiaries entitled to share in the trust and codicil is fixed at the date when the eldest child of the class attains majority (the period of distribution). Only those alive at that date are entitled to share; children born after that date are excluded. Beneficiaries are entitled to payment as they respectively attain majority or, in the case of females, marry before that age.
