IN THE SUPREME COURT OF SEYCHELLES (ADMIRALTY JURISDICITON) CONDULET FORIN & 21 ORS Plaintiffs VS. THE OWNER(S) OF THE SHIP OR VESSEL MV “SAN GIORGIO” ANCHORED IN THE Defendant TERITORIAL WATERS OF SEYCHELLES Civil Side No. 32 of 2007 Mr. Elizabeth for the Plaintiffs Mr. Shah appearing on a watching brief for the owners of the cargo onboard the vessel “San Giorgio 1” ORDER Gaswaga, J This morning counsel for the Plaintiffs, Mr. Elizabeth has, in the presence of Mr. Shah who appears for the owners of the cargo on board, addressed Court that the claim herein, in respect of the salaries of the Plaintiffs has been fully settled. He therefore prays the Court to release the vessel “San Giorgio 1” from arrest. The prayer is granted. Accordingly, the vessel “San Giorgio 1” presently lying in the territorial jurisdiction of this Court at Port Victoria is hereby released from arrest (vide warrant of arrest which was issued on the 1st February, 2007). This order should be served on the Defendant, the Captain of the vessel and the Harbour Master of Port Victoria. I so order. D. GASWAGA JUDGE Dated this 7th day of March, 2007.
